Last week, Wexford Health was on site at the Mock Prison Riot, standing alongside public safety professionals and correctional partners from across the country in one of the most realistic training environments in corrections. As part of our partnership with the West Virginia Department of Corrections, we are proud to support efforts that strengthen readiness, coordination, and response in high security environments. For our clinical teams, it is an opportunity to better understand how health care functions within high security operations where communication and teamwork are critical. We are proud of our team for engaging in this experience and continuing to strengthen the way care is delivered in correctional settings. Thank you to the organizers of the Mock Prison Riot for creating a space where training and real-world application come together. #WexfordHealthLife #CaringWithPurposeAdvancingTogether #MockPrisonRiot

Inside Mt. Olive Correctional Facility, nurses are responsible for keeping care on track while balancing patient needs, communication between teams, and the responsibilities that come with working in a secure setting. Before patients are even seen, there is already preparation happening behind the scenes to keep the day organized. Throughout Nurses Month, we are proud to spotlight the nurses at Mt. Olive Correctional Facility and recognize the professionalism and commitment they bring to correctional health care every day. #WexfordHealthLife #CaringWithPurposeAdvancingTogether #NursesMonth
