Dan is skilled in running a healthcare company, including operations, finance, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and employee and client relations. He served as Wexford Health’s CFO, EVP, and COO before becoming President and CEO in 2014. His leadership, strategic planning, and financial strengths make him well-suited to lead Wexford Health.

She is skilled in HR, operations, strategic planning, payroll, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, labor relations, arbitration, and collective bargaining. Her versatility and business insight make her the ideal leader for Wexford Health’s Administrative Division, overseeing HR, Risk Management, Operations, Clinical Services, CQI, and provider contracting, and providing valuable oversight and client insights.

A CPA, he has expertise in auditing, internal controls, and revenue cycle management. As Senior Vice President & CFO, he develops Wexford Health’s financial strategies and oversees accounting, reporting, forecasting, IT, and claims processing. His skills in planning, M&A, fiscal strategy, and investments are crucial to the company's financial stability growth.

Skilled in team management, professional development, and brand management, he has integrated profitable marketing into daily strategies and taught their importance. His experience as a corporate executive, small business owner, and professional athlete has contributed to his success across fields.

With over 15 years in corrections, including five managing a statewide health care system, Shannis Stock-Jones is a key leader at Wexford Health. An experienced professional with strong leadership skills, she offers insights into corrections from security and operational views. Starting as an Adult Probation Officer, she rose to Chief of Programs for the Illinois Department of Corrections before becoming Director of Operations at Wexford. She now oversees all government contracts, using her excellent communication skills to foster collaborative teams. Shannis has a Master of Science in Administration of Justice from the University of Phoenix.

In 2008, he shifted to the vendor side, now serving as Wexford Health’s Corporate Director of Jail Operations. He acts as a liaison between detention facilities and Wexford Health, ensuring high-quality administrative and health care services. Doug proactively visits facilities to address challenges and deploy resources. His expertise benefits staffing, operations, accreditation, and other issues. Previously, he was a Regional Administrator for Wexford’s Illinois Department of Corrections contract, managing health care units, contracts, staffing, and labor unions.

He monitors financial markets and regulations, advising on changes. His expertise spans budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and documentation, covering all financial functions. Ed is vital to our financial team.

Along with overseeing the ongoing contract and governmental compliance of all Wexford Health contracts, Wendelyn also investigates new products and markets for the company; and manages special projects to enhance Wexford Health’s performance.
