He earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, and a medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. His residencies include Anesthesiology at Allegheny General Hospital and Family Medicine at UPMC-St. Margaret Hospital. He worked in urgent care, insurance, managed care, owned a private practice, and was a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He also served as Medical Director for Highmark and has been published in *American Family Physician*. As CMO, he oversees the quality of the company’s clinical programs.

Based in the US Southwest, he was the Regional Psychiatry Director for our New Mexico Corrections contract. Previously, he was Psychiatrist and Deputy Chief of Medical Staff at Kirtland Air Force Base. He earned his medical degree from the University of New Mexico and completed his psychiatry residency at Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine.

He oversees clinicians in evaluating the necessity and appropriateness of health services using standards and evidence-based medicine. His cautious, risk-aware approach ensures high-quality care. An expert in addiction medicine in correctional and community settings, he’s a former Chief Medical Officer for Indiana DOC and trains staff in addiction treatment. He teaches at Indiana University’s Project ECHO, focusing on opioid use disorder in corrections. He is board-certified in Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Healthcare Quality Management, and attended Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Educated at Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Yale, and Harvard, he develops and manages innovative, patient-centered, evidence-based programs. With expertise in population health, epidemiology, and analytics, and a passion for addressing health disparities, he is well-suited for correctional health care. He previously led clinical services for Wexford Health’s contract with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections and now oversees medical care at their contracted jail facilities nationwide. His strong relationship-building across disciplines enhances Wexford Health’s care programs. His experience as a medical educator and communication skills make him a mentor for clinicians and a driver of organizational change leading to successful outcomes.

She has diverse experience, including retail pharmacy management, serving as a pharmacy preceptor, and working as an adjunct clinical instructor at Duquesne University. Collaborating across many departments, she is known for working well under pressure and is passionate about improving clinical care in corrections. Her financial, workflow, and clinical skills make her ideal for the role of Vice President of Clinical Services, Telehealth, and Electronic Health Records.

She collaborates with site staff to offer clinician contact, care, advice, education, intervention, and monitoring. She earned her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine, a Master’s from Georgetown University, holds multiple state licenses, is a certified member of the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and is a CCHP.

He brings extensive clinical and administrative experience, including over forty years practicing as a dentist in New Mexico and Oklahoma. For the last five years, Dr. Hermann has specialized in correctional dentistry. A resident of New Mexico, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University.

She acts as a client liaison, implements programs, supports contracts, and mentors mental health staff. Her focus includes leadership training for new supervisors and refresher courses for experienced leaders, enhancing staff-patient relationships. She collaborates on treatment plans for complex cases and manages escalated care protocols. Dr. Harlow earned her Doctorate and MSc in Psychology from Indiana State University and stays current through memberships in the APA, Indiana Psychological Association, and the Early Career Psychologist Group, which she helped establish. She has received several awards and is recognized for her contributions to correctional behavioral health, reflected in her demand as a writer and speaker.

Prior to joining Wexford Health in 2004 as a Regional Manager for multiple correctional centers under our Illinois contract, she spent nine years as a hospital nursing manager. Ms. Ingram has also served as the executive director for a retirement and assisted living community, and the director of a wound management center, for which she produced significant growth in both programs and revenue.‍‍

At “Presby,” she gained experience in various high-acuity, high-volume units, including the Neurology/Neurosurgery/Trauma step-down unit and the Emergency Department. These demanding environments provided excellent training for correctional healthcare. Starting as a UM Nurse, Leanne’s expertise and dedication led to her promotion to UM Manager, and eventually to UM Director. In her current role, she assesses the appropriateness and medical necessity of requested services on a case-by-case basis, using nationally recognized UM criteria. She also collaborates with site-level staff to analyze patients’ healthcare needs. Her thorough review of Wexford Health’s clinical processes and referral decisions helps enhance patient care.

She is now the Corporate Addiction Program Manager, contributing her enthusiasm and expertise to addiction recovery and MAT/MOUD initiatives. Before Wexford, she worked as a registered nurse at local hospitals and served as an emergency medical technician.
