Wexford Health has the technology and strategic programs needed to appropriately fill correctional health care positions.  By applying these resources, our staffing consultants will identify, interview, assess, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates for the facility.

We maintain an internal CIA—Candidate Information & Application—database of professional candidates from across the country. We enter each resume, curriculum vitae, or application we receive into this system, either by direct entry or by accepting the uploaded version. When a vacancy is identified, we contact CIA candidates who possess the requisite qualifications for the position.

As a contingency plan, Wexford Health also maintains relationships with recruitment firms, staffing agencies, and locum tenens services to provide the desired staffing in the event of an urgent, short-term need.
