Laboratory, Radiology, and Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic & Imaging Services — Fast, Accurate, Onsite

We provide fast, accurate diagnostic care — delivered onsite whenever possible, and coordinated seamlessly when it's not.

What We Offer

Our care teams have access to a full range of diagnostic tools to help identify health issues quickly and guide the right treatment. This includes on-site lab testing, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and coordination of more advanced imaging such as CT and MRI scans, along with point-of-care testing that delivers results in minutes rather than days.

  • Laboratory testing
  • Digital X-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • CT and MRI coordination
  • Point-of-care testing such as urinalysis, glucose and HbA1c
  • Board-certified radiology review

X-Ray and Imaging, Close to Home

We keep imaging onsite whenever we can, so patients aren't burdened with unnecessary trips to outside facilities. When onsite equipment isn't available, we have backup options ready:

  • Coordinating care at a nearby facility with the required X-ray equipment
  • Bringing in mobile X-ray services when it makes sense
  • Arranging appointments at a trusted community imaging facility

Timely, Expert Interpretation

Every X-ray and imaging study is reviewed by a licensed, board-certified radiologist. We hold ourselves to strict turnaround standards so patients and providers aren't left waiting for answers:

Every result is reviewed, signed, and filed in the patient's health record — and a member of our care team follows up directly with the patient to discuss what the results mean.

Laboratory Services

We partner with trusted, established laboratory providers to deliver accurate diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, and lab supplies. Where possible, we work with existing lab vendors already familiar with a facility, so there's no disruption in service during a transition.

Many common tests — such as urinalysis, rapid strep, flu testing, pregnancy testing, and basic blood work — are performed right onsite by our nursing staff, so patients get answers quickly without the wait for outside lab processing.

Our Commitment to Quality

  • Every laboratory result is reviewed by a provider within 24 to 48 hours — immediately for urgent (STAT) tests
  • Clear, documented procedures guide sample collection, storage, transport, and reporting
  • Dedicated tracking of every specimen sent for testing, including safeguards if a specimen is lost
  • Provider follow-up compares lab results with clinical observations to catch anything that doesn't add up
  • All results and follow-up discussions are documented in the patient's medical record
